       Caitlin is an anthropology major and is most interested in South Asian archaeology, culture, and gender studies. She focused her studies by spending Winter 2012 in India working as a research assistant for the anthropolgy department. As founding president of SOAS, she hopes to create an organization that will carry on and be successful in scholarship, cultural involvement, and networking.

         Ian is a Modern Languages and Cultures Major. He focuses his studies on French and German, but recently spent three months teaching and studying in Yantai, China. He is most interested in Chinese Philosophy, Culture and Language. As a founding executive member, he hopes to push SOAS to the fore front of the Kennesaw State campus as the need for the greater understanding of Asian Cultures becomes a necessity in this new global age. 

 

 

        Kayla is an anthropolgy major and is most interested in gender studies in Asian cultures. She has spent several semesters studying Mandarin preparing to go to China in order to work and study in the future. Her role as Vice-President so far has been unparralelled in her creativity and leadership.
      Sumi has been an excellent addition to the Executive Board of SOAS as she is an international student. She worked with many other student orgnizations and acted as a liason between SOAS and many others. She hopes to finish out her degree here then off to new heights!
